Delete Your Account & Data

We understand that you may want to delete your account and all associated data. This page outlines the process and what happens when you choose to delete your account.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account:

Complete Data Removal:
Upon your confirmation, we will permanently delete all data associated with your account from our servers.
This includes: Your personal information provided during signup (e.g., name, email address, contact details). All content you have created within the app/website. Your test responses and results. All other data related to your account.,
Irreversible Action: Please note that this action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover any of your data. Subscription Cancellation: If you have an active subscription, deleting your account will immediately void and cancel your subscription. You will not receive any refunds for the remaining subscription period.
No Data Retention: We will not retain any of your personal data or created content on our servers after the account deletion process is complete.

How to Delete Your Account:

• Go to Profile section in app.
• Click on the "Delete Account" button.
• You will be asked to confirm your decision.
• After confirmation, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Important Considerations:

Please ensure you have downloaded or saved any important information or content before deleting your account, as it will be permanently lost.
Before deleting, please be aware that all active subscriptions will be voided.
